ZRYTH TOOLS
Privacy policy
This notice describes how the current version of Zryth Tools handles information. Last updated 26 September 2026.
Static QR generation
Website, WhatsApp, WiFi, and vCard QR images are generated in your browser. Their contents are not submitted to our servers merely to generate or download a static QR. WiFi passwords and contact-card details are never saved by this application. Anyone who receives the QR can decode the information it contains.
Accounts and saved QR codes
Sign-in uses your Google account. We receive your Google account identifier, email address, and name. We save your dynamic QR name, redirect code, destination, design settings, status, and creation/update dates. These records are used to provide your dashboard and redirects.
Scan analytics
We store a total scan count, the most recent scan time, and daily counts grouped by broad device category. We do not store raw IP addresses, precise location, or full user-agent strings in scan records. Counts may include repeat visits and automated traffic. Country analytics are not collected in this version.
Product analytics and technical processing
We collect aggregate daily counts of tool visits, generations, downloads, saves, destination changes, and Zryth link clicks, with public page paths, tool category, and a referring hostname where available. We do not send the QR contents with these events. The application respects the browser Do Not Track setting for these events. Hosting providers may process technical request data under their own policies.
Browser storage and rate limits
A temporary destination URL draft may be stored in session storage when you switch to dynamic QR creation or sign in. It is cleared when restored. WiFi details are not stored there. Sign-in uses a secure session cookie. Short-lived, daily-rotated hashed request identifiers help rate-limit misuse; raw IP addresses are not stored by the application. Expired rate-limit records are periodically removed.
Deletion and retention
Deleting a dynamic QR removes its name, destination, and scan history from the active service. An inactive code record remains so the old code cannot be reassigned. Aggregate product counts and security/moderation records may be retained to operate the service. Contact Zryth through its main website for account-data requests.
Abuse reports and contact
A report stores the QR code, the supplied reason, review status, and time. Please do not include sensitive personal information. Use the contact channel on zryth.com for privacy questions.
